Our shipping policy outlines the processing times, delivery timelines, charges, and other important details to help you understand our shipping process.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India and select international destinations. During checkout, you will be able to see if your location is serviceable.

📍 Domestic Shipping – Available across India, covering all major cities and towns.
🌍 International Shipping – Available for select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times vary by location.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is completed.

  • Once the order is shipped, we will send you an email/SMS with tracking details.

  • Changes to Shipping Address: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours of order confirmation. Once the order is processed, address changes may not be possible.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with a tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment through:

    • Livka’s Website – Visit your order history section to check the status.

    • Courier Partner’s Website – Use the tracking ID provided to check real-time updates.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery Address: Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure the correct address is entered to avoid any delays.

  • Missed Delivery Attempts: If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or request pickup from the nearest service center.

  • Signature Requirement: Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, in rare cases, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

  • Shipping Delays: If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email/SMS.

  • Lost or Missing Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund accordingly.

Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal of delivery, the following options will be available:

  1. Reshipment: We can resend the package after confirming the correct details. Additional shipping charges may apply.

  2. Refund: If the customer no longer wishes to receive the package, we will process a refund (excluding shipping charges).
